ExpoConnect may collect account details, contact information, seller-application information, ticket-listing details, order records, support messages and security logs needed to operate the marketplace.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, review sellers and listings, process marketplace requests, send service notifications, prevent abuse, respond to disputes, and maintain audit records.

Documents and sensitive information

Do not upload unnecessary identity documents, passwords, payment card security codes or private credentials. Before collecting identity or ticket proof files in production, the operator must configure private storage, retention limits, access controls and a legally appropriate verification process.

Service providers

Payment, email, hosting and storage providers may process information when they are configured by the operator. Their terms and privacy policies should be reviewed before production activation.

Retention and requests
