Marketplace role

ExpoConnect provides a marketplace interface for published events and approved ticket listings. ExpoConnect is not the event organizer unless an event page expressly identifies it as such. Buyers and sellers are responsible for reviewing event-organizer rules and the laws that apply to ticket resale.

Seller approval

Seller applications and ticket listings are subject to administrator review. Approval can be refused, suspended or removed when information is incomplete, tickets cannot be verified, resale is restricted, or marketplace rules are not met.

Payments and protection

Payment, transaction, delivery, refund, dispute and payout statuses shown in the marketplace are operational records. They do not by themselves create regulated escrow or guarantee payment protection. Real payment collection and payouts require a configured compliant provider and applicable legal arrangements.

Prohibited listings

Do not list counterfeit, duplicated, stolen, inaccessible, unlawfully resold, or materially misrepresented tickets. Do not upload passwords, card security codes, or unnecessary identity information. Listings must be accurate and must describe delivery timing and restrictions.

Disputes and refunds

Use the account order tools to report a material delivery or ticket issue. Any refund or payout decision depends on the configured payment provider, evidence, event rules and applicable law.
